24 skylights integrated into the break area illuminate an underground sports hall
The new building of the "Schule und Sport Ried" elementary school in Köniz (BE) impressively illustrates the strengths of GLASSFLOOR - an efficient construction method that makes optimal use of daylight. The services GLASSFLOOR for this project included daylighting calculations, the dimensioning and positioning of the skylights and their number to ensure optimal lighting of the sports hall. The collaboration took place in close coordination with the architects from Büning-Pfaue Kartmann Architects.
