GLASSFLOOR Project reference

PRIVA-LITE®
Switchable privacy glass

GLASSFLOOR® with PRIVA-LITE® technology combines walk-on glass architecture with flexibly controllable privacy protection. The state of the glazing can be switched from opaque to transparent—and back again—at the touch of a button.

This innovation combines two key requirements of modern architecture: more natural daylight and greater privacy. The result is bright, open spaces that can still be used discreetly and privately when needed.

GLASSFLOOR® thus opens up new design possibilities for private living spaces, public buildings, workspaces, and prestigious interiors where transparency, natural light, and privacy need to be flexibly combined.

  • Unique transparency when switched on of approx. 77 % (± 2 %) at 2x5TVG
  • Low power consumption approx. 7VA/m² in transparent state

Scope of delivery:

  • GLASSFLOOR with PRIVA-LITE® technology
  • Remote Control stationary and remote control
