Kindergarten new building with walkable skylights

As part of the new construction of the Kočevje kindergarten in Slovenia, four walkable skylights of the "GLASSFLOOR circle" were installed. These round, walkable skylights were specially designed for the playground to provide a safe play area for the children. The skylights are designed to be slip-resistant and allow children to play safely in the break area. The use of these innovative glass elements adds new, modern touches to the architectural design of the kindergarten while increasing the amount of light entering the spaces below. The planning and implementation of these architectural innovations was carried out in close cooperation with the renowned architectural firm Svet Vmes, which has already successfully and innovatively realized a wide range of school projects in Slovenia.
